Why are there no thumbnail image in the link I shared?
At times, you may get a grayed out box instead of an image when you publish to Twitter.
This happens for various reasons, for example when most images on the site are from other URLs and don't live directly on the site.
This also happens when the site blocks access to the media file or folder where the images are located.
When this happens, you usually get a gray box thumbnail as default by Twitter or no thumbnail at all.
In this case, we suggest that you upload a custom image directly to the Socialdraft dashboard.
