How Can I Transfer Ownership or Change The Main User?

If you don't plan on accessing the account in the future or you need to change the main user, you can change the email connected to the account. To do this:

1.) Access the billing portal through the link that was included in the Welcome email sent to you by Socialdraft

2.) Click on 'My Account' on the upper right corner of the page.

3.) Update the details needed such as name and email address.

4.) The details should be synced on your account. Log out and try logging in using the email address of the new main user. If you are unable to get in, reset the password.
