How do I reset my password?

Reset Password for Account Owners

  1. Visit
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click "Reset Password"
  5. A new password emailed out to you.

For a sub user or team member

As a way to keep accounts safe, sub users are unable to reset their own password.

If you are a collaborator needing to reset his/her password, please contact your account owner and ask him/her to assign you a new password. They can follow the steps below:

1. Log onto Socialdraft

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Users

4. Click the "edit" button

5. Update their password

6. Click Save Changes

7. Let them know what the new password is
