New Facebook pages are not showing up on my social profiles

If you have new pages that are not showing up on your social profiles, you will need to do a quick disconnect and reconnect. To do this, please follow the steps below.

  • Log-in to your Socialdraft Account
  • Go to Settings > Social Profiles > Facebook > Disconnect All
  • Click Connect and reconnect the same Facebook account you disconnected.

This should pull the new pages to your Socialdraft social profiles settings. This method will not affect your scheduled Facebook posts as long as you reconnect back the same account handling the pages where scheduled posts are supposed to push out.

If the method above doesn't work, you will have to do the second troubleshooting steps below. Please note to only do this if the steps above don't work.

  • Log-in to your Socialdraft Account
  • Go to Settings > Social Profiles > Facebook > Disconnect All
  • Open a new tab and go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools 
  • Remove Business integration of Socialdraft as seen on the screenshot attached. Please note - DO NOT check the checkbox that deletes all posts and images.

  • Go back to your Socialdraft settings page and Connect Facebook again. This should pull all the pages your account handle on Facebook.
  • If on the first try you encountered an error, please refresh the page manually and click the connect button again - this will show all pulled pages from the Facebook account.
